Prosus is a globally operating internet group for consumers and one of the world's largest technology investors. The company is listed on the Amsterdam AEX stock exchange and is a subsidiary of South African Naspers. Both Prosus and Naspers place a high priority on sustainability and transparency.
Prosus - Creating sustainable value
2Impact was asked to map out the reporting landscape, determine its impact on Prosus, and then translate it into a reporting roadmap for the next three years.
Our approach
We analyzed the relevant laws and regulations for Prosus, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, the EU Taxonomy, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence guideline. In addition, we mapped out relevant developments in standards and frameworks, and researched what other sustainability and transparency leaders are doing. All of this information was translated into a reporting roadmap that sets goals for each year, including action points to achieve them.
